8. Atlanta Falcons- Eli Harold, DE, Virginia

Atlanta experimented with a 3-4 defense during 2014, but new head coach Dan Quinn will presumably institute the same aggressive 4-3 scheme that allowed him to go to two straight Super Bowls as the Seahawks’ defensive coordinator. The Falcons desperately need pass-rushing help—29-year-old Kroy Biermann led them with just 4.5 sacks during 2014—and Harold would be a great addition to the defense as a 4-3 defensive end. He might need to put on a little bit of weight, but Harold has the requisite size to contribute in that scheme, and he could provide the same speed-rushing impact to Atlanta’s attack that Cliff Avril has provided in Seattle.
