7. Chicago Bears- Devante Parker, WR, Louisville

With the Bears rumored to be switching to a 3-4 defense in 2015, it’s highly possible that they’ll be in the market for new defensive personnel. However, it may be equally important for the Bears to add depth at the receiver position, as the team already lacked depth there in 2014, and if the rumors of Brandon Marshall being on the outs with the organization come to fruition, it will create a gaping hole at wideout.

Parker would plug that hole a bit, as he’s a big, athletic receiver that has been highly productive for three years at the college level, both with and without Teddy Bridgewater. He doesn’t have quite the same explosiveness that a guy like Amari Cooper or even Kevin White has, but he can excel at the same “jump ball” style that allowed Marshall and Alshon Jeffery to thrive with Chicago in 2013.
