Taylor Raddysh, RW, Erie Otters (OHL)

6’2, 203, ranked as #36 North American skater prospect by NHL Central Scouting

While there are questions about Raddysh’s ability to perform consistently, he’s one of the most intriguing players in the draft when he’s at the top of his game. Already possessing the build of an NHL player, Raddysh is a strong, speedy forward who has significant potential as both a passer and a scorer. In 67 games for Erie this season, he had 24 goals and 49 assists.

Radysh is going to need some time to develop the defensive element of his game, but he appears to have enough potential on the offensive end that he’d be a valuable member of an NHL team even if he didn’t get a whole lot better defensively. Radysh might just have the perfect mix of speed, physicality, and offensive ability that the Blues are looking for from their forwards, and he’d be an intriguing selection at 28.
