17. Pisa Tinoisamoa, LB, Round 2, Pick 43 Overall, 2003

Tinoisamoa may not have been an absolute standout during his six seasons in St. Louis, but he was consistently solid while seeing action on both the strong and weak sides for the Rams. His best season was quite possibly his rookie year, when he played the strong side and came up with 76 tackles, two sacks, seven passes defended, and three interceptions. His strong performance helped the Rams to a 12-4 record.

Tinoisamoa played much of his Rams career during a dark age in franchise history, but over 84 games, he was able to make 445 tackles, sack 10, defend 26 passes and intercept seven. Tinoisamoa was one of the few Rams second-rounders during the 2000s that didn’t absolutely burn out in St. Louis, so he deserves extra credit for his contributions during six years with the Rams.
