Epilogue

I have learned over the years that no one seems to mind something that doesn’t affect them. If you’re a college athletics fan, this will affect you. TV contracts are nice but with a decline in cable TV subscriptions, that money will disappear as well. So where are they going to get that money? From the fans. Increased ticket prices, concessions and merchandise costs will all happen to the average fan. So now people will stay away from the games and watch the games on TV or find a website to watch the game for free.

The NCAA has a lot to consider but to just say “pay student athletes” without thinking of the consequences is just wrong.
