Jadeveon Clowney

Pros: A nasty defensive end that can get after a quarterback and bring him down easily. He is also outstanding against the run because of his size, speed and athleticism.

Cons: He takes a lot of plays off. That might be him trying to preserve his body to get to the NFL. His conditioning is also an issue.

Outlook

Jadeveon Clowney is one of those “freak” football players that comes around every decade or so. He’s big, strong and fast. He will make an impact in the NFL. However, the Rams have one of the best pass rush in the NFL so adding Jadeveon Clowney would be overkill at this point. I doubt he will be available after the Texans select 1st overall but I just don’t feel St. Louis would be the place for him.
