Klim Kostin, LW/C, Dynamo Moscow (KHL)

The 18-year-old Kostin has been the player most frequently connected to the Blues in mock drafts, and while he doesn’t seem to have quite the same natural scoring touch that countryman Vladimir Tarasenko possesses (not that many hockey players in the world do), he’s a skilled skater who does a good job of getting the puck on the net and making plays. He’s widely regarded as the top European player in the draft, but he’s coming off shoulder surgery, so he’s certainly one of the draft’s riskier picks.
