Butler is likely the most obscure player on this section of the list, having pitched in just 18 games for the Cardinals from 2013-14. The undersized righthander posted a 6.14 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP over 22 innings of relief. His career was basically ended by Tommy John surgery, as he didn’t return to form after having the operation in May 2014 and never pitched again after the 2015 season.
