Great Performances by St. Louis Cardinals Players Throughout All-Star Game History
Albert Pujols, 2004
Albert Pujols may have only seen five pitches in the 2004 All-Star Game, but he was efficient, collecting two doubles in three at-bats. In a game that the NL lost 9-4, Pujols drove in half of his league’s runs on a two-run double in the fourth inning. It was quite arguably Pujols’ most productive All-Star Game among the nine that he was selected to during his time with the Cardinals.
