Great Performances by St. Louis Cardinals Players Throughout All-Star Game History

Joe Medwick, 1937
Though the National League lost the 1937 All-Star Game 8-3, it was a game to remember for Cardinals left fielder Joe Medwick. In five at-bats, Medwick collected four hits (including two doubles) while driving in a run. Medwick and AL second baseman Charlie Gehringer were the only two players in the game who collected more than two hits in the game.
