WIDE RECEIVERS. D. Another dreadful game for the wide receivers. All day long the Rams experienced the headaches of mis-ran routes, dropped passes, and inability to create separation. Brian Quick made dropped a pass that hit him between the numbers, and Tavon Austin was a no-show for pretty much the entire day. The Rams are going to have to start thinking of either a possible trade or promoting newly acquired wide receiver Nick Toon soon, since it has become obvious that the current wide receivers cannot get it done. It feels like the wide receivers haven’t earned a decent grade all year, and it might likely remain that way until something is done. . . St Louis Rams
