Succeed in the rushing game
The Packers are allowing 115 rushing yards a game. Considering the Packers are allowing under 200 yards per game through the air, this is likely the route the Rams offense will have to go in order to put up points. The Rams need their new superstar running back Todd Gurley to put up some major yards this Sunday in order to pull off the upset. This will not be an easy task either, even though the rush defense of the Packers is a weak spot, it’s still a very small weak spot. The Packers have a good overall defense, and will give the slow Rams some serious troubles unless offensive Coordinator Frank Cignetti pulls a rabbit out of his hat.
