Round 4, Pick 20 (119th overall) Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina

Hardy brings some extra depth to the Rams’ receiving corps and could act as an upgrade over Chris Givens for the 2015 season. Hardy, a quick player with great hands, is capable of contributing from both the outside and the slot, and he would provide some quality depth behind Benny Cunningham and Tavon Austin for kick and punt returns.
