St. Louis Rams’ 2015 Schedule Released

Week 3: Sunday, September 27 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers, 12:00 PM CT

The Rams will play the Pittsburgh Steelers for the first time since the 2011 season and for the first time at home since 2007. The Rams haven’t had success in either of those matchups, as they lost both by a combined score of 68-24, but they may have a chance this time due to the fact that Pittsburgh is just beginning to clear out many of the players who contributed to those wins, such as Brett Keisel, Ike Taylor, and Troy Polamalu, while others like Ben Roethlisberger, Lawrence Timmons, and James Harrison are still with the team.

In contrast, a large chunk of the Rams’ roster was in high school for that 2007 victory, and no current Rams player was on the roster. Just six remain from the 2011 game. With that said, the Steelers are always a tough opponent, so nothing is certain for the Rams.
