11. Hau’oli Kikaha, 6’2, 253, Washington

Kikaha was a prolific collegiate pass rusher, having led Division I with 19 sacks in 2014, and though he doesn’t necessarily possess prototypical size for an NFL edge rusher, he has the skills to be a very successful all-around 3-4 outside linebacker. He’s quick off the line of scrimmage and continually finds ways to get to the quarterback, plus he does a good job of dropping back into coverage and is solid in run support when those opportunities come to him.

The most pressing issue for Kikaha at the next level is developing his pass rushing technique. He frequently picked up sacks at the college level on effort plays, which won’t come to him as frequently in the NFL. He needs to improve his hand usage—which frankly was not very good at Washington—and he needs to diversify his moves.
