St. Louis Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Game 2: Broadcast, Live Stream, Start Time, & More

The St. Louis Cardinals and Los Angeles Dodgers will be back in action for Game 2 of their National League Division Series after getting things kicked off on Friday evening. The Cardinals took a 1-0 series lead in an unexpected display of offense which resulted in a 10-9 Cardinals victory and 26 combined hits for the two teams.

While playoff victories are always nice, you’d have to think the Cardinals will be hoping for a cleaner display on Saturday. They ran through all of the relievers on their postseason roster besides Michael Wacha on Friday, and they also used everyone on the bench besides second baseman Kolten Wong and catcher Tony Cruz.

As our Scott Criscione wrote Friday, the Cardinals have been able to get to the Dodgers’ Saturday starter, Zack Grienke, in their past postseason matchups, but it may be difficult for them to replicate the offense they manufactured on Friday.

Where: Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles, CA

When: 8:30 PM, Saturday, October 4, 2014

Starting Pitchers: Zack Grienke (LAD) vs. Lance Lynn (STL)

TV Broadcast: Saturday’s game will be broadcast on MLB Network. After a St. Louis-born broadcaster called play-by-play in Game 1 with Joe Buck at the mic, another broadcaster with heavy St. Louis ties will handle Game 2 as Bob Costas takes over play-by-play. Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci will provide color commentary. Ken Rosenthal will be the field reporter for the broadcast.

Radio Broadcast: The game will be broadcast on ESPN Radio. Dan Shulman of Sunday Night Baseball fame will call play-by-play with Aaron Boone as the color commentator.
