Five St. Louis Rams Who Could Shine in Week 2 Against Tampa Bay Buccaneers

5. Austin Davis
I completely understand that I’m reaching with this pick; Davis’s performance coming off the bench in Week 1 was one of the least impressive that I’ve ever seen from an NFL quarterback. But if Shaun Hill misses this week as many expect him to, Davis could get the chance to improve with a full week of practice. Obviously it was a completely different situation, but when Davis got those extended practice reps during the preseason, he was very effective, going 39-for-63 for 534 yards. Davis seriously needs to work on his pocket presence, but against a pass defense that isn’t one of the league’s best, maybe he can resurrect some of that exhibition success.
