After a highly embarrassing 34-6 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in their season opener on Sunday, the St. Louis Rams will be seeking to turn things around as they head to Tampa to face the Buccaneers this week. Things could be even tougher this week, as the Rams will be facing a Bucs roster with a solid collection of young talent, and they may be forced to turn to quarterbackAustin Davis, who began camp battling for the third quarterback job, as the starter ifShaun Hillis sidelined due to the quad injury he suffered against Minnesota.
Obviously, if the Rams are going to have a chance, they’ll need more key contributions from more players, as receiverBrian Quickwas really the only Ram that played noticeably well against the Vikings.
