Five St. Louis Rams Who Could Shine in Week 1

2. Robert Quinn
Quinn’s always going to be threatening to the opposing offense, but he could have an especially good day on Sunday depending on what version of Vikings left tackle Matt Kalil we see. After a solid rookie season, the former first-rounder struggled in his sophomore campaign, giving up four sacks, 12 QB hits, and 33 QB hurries according to Pro Football Focus. He was dealing with a knee injury, however, so it’s possible that we could see him return to form in 2014.
Either way, Quinn should provide a real challenge to the third-year tackle. As one of the best run-stuffing defensive ends in the league, he should also aid in limiting Adrian Peterson’s opportunities to tear apart the Rams’ defense.
