With Shaun Hill’s deep passing skills widely considered to be less polished than Sam Bradford’s, we could see Austin become a bigger part of the offense due to his ability to trip up the defense on short routes and gain yardage after the play. He’ll have the opportunity for a favorable matchup against Vikings nickelback Josh Robinson, who had some struggles in 2013. Austin could also break loose as a punt returner on Sunday against a potentially unstable Vikings special teams group that has had a lot of turnover recently.
