Rams’ Robinson, Donald Both Among Top 10 NFL Rookies in Madden Ratings

The makers of EA Sports’s Madden NFL 15 released a promo video on Monday with detailed ratings of the Top 10 rookies in this year’s game. Both of the St. Louis Rams’ first-rounders were among the group, as defensive tackle Aaron Donald was ranked seventh with a 79 overall rating, and offensive lineman Greg Robinson was ranked second, only behind first overall pick Jadeveon Clowney, with a 83 overall rating, which includes a dominant 94 run blocking rating. It’s not a surprise that Robinson was among the Top 10 considering that he was the second overall pick, but it’s a bit more of an accomplishment that Donald was able to make his way up there so quickly after being the 13th pick. It should be interesting to see if the rest of the Rams’ squad receives a boost in the ratings as well following two years of progress under head coach Jeff Fisher.
