Blues to Open 2014-15 Season Against Rangers

On Saturday afternoon, the NHL announced that the St. Louis Blues will open up their 2014-15 season by facing the defending Eastern Conference Champion New York Rangers on Thursday, October 9 at Scottrade Center. As is standard procedure with the Blues, the game will begin at 7PM Central Time.

Despite the fact that the Rangers took part in the Stanley Cup Finals in 2013-14, the Blues dominated them during the regular season, and they’ll look to do so again this year. Last season, the Blues beat the Rangers 5-3 on October 12 in St. Louis, then defeated them 2-1 on January 23 in New York.
