After the Seattle Seahawks dominated the Denver Broncos 43-8, many St. Louis Rams fans were probably asking themselves “How the hell can the Rams move up in the NFC West?” Here are 3 ways the St. Louis Rams can move up in the NFC West.

1. Draft Smarter

The Rams have gotten steals in the NFL Draft. Zac Stacy in the 5th round and Janoris Jenkins in the 2nd round are just a few examples of the NFL Draft Day steals that the Rams have selected. There is no question that every team wants to build through the draft. The players are young, cheap and hungry to prove themselves. However, it not easy to pick out the best players. Most people consider a successful draft to be if you look back at that class after 3 years, did you get 3-5 players that are actively contributing to your team? If you do, then you had a successful class. The Rams have pieces from the NFL draft and they have a great chance to get more great players in the 2014 NFL Draft. They just have to make the right call, and that’s the toughest part.
