The Cowboys will win if……..

They stop DGB and the vaunted Missouri offense.

Lost in the huge win for Auburn was that Mizzou was able to move the ball effectively against the Tigers. Auburn was able to stop the Tigers enough to win the game. The Cowboys defense is not like the Auburn defense, it’s actually pretty good. The Cowboys ranked 46th in total defense in the 2013 season. For comparison, The Ole Miss Rebels are ranked 45th in total defense. I have no doubt in my mind that the Missouri Tigers will be able to move the ball. If the Cowboys want to win, they need to hold the Tigers to field goal attempts instead of touchdowns. Considering how inconsistent Andrew Baggett is at kicking field goal, that has to be part of their gameplan.
