Mizzou Football going from 5-7 to 11-2

Mizzou football had always been competitive in the Big 12, but in 2012 the Tigers embarked on their first season in the SEC. Many outside of Missouri questioned the move and wondered if the Tigers could be competitive in the SEC. Well, they didn’t impress anyone in the SEC going 5-7. In the 2013 offseason, the talk surrounding the Missouri Tigers was just getting to a bowl game. The Tigers ended up doing that and much more. The Missouri Tigers went 11-2 and won the SEC East outright. The Tigers will play on January 3rd against former Big 12 rival Oklahoma State.
