2. Contain Larry Fitzgerald

Larry Fitzgerald isn’t going to be the Larry Fitzgerald of old but for some reason, he does well against the Rams. He caught 8 passes for 80 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1 against the Rams. You know Carson Palmer will look for him on the deep ball so the Rams need to contain Larry Fitzgerald and make sure he doesn’t scorch them like he did in Week 1.

3. Run an “Auburn” like offense.

Now you are probably asking yourself why I would say the St Louis Rams should run an Auburn like offense? Here is why. Like many of you, I watched the SEC Championship yesterday and I saw the Auburn Tigers run jet sweep after jet sweep and gashed the Missouri Tigers. With weapons like Tavon Austin and Austin Pettis, run that jet sweep and let their speed beat the Cardinals. Now I am not saying that the Rams can gash the Cardinals defense like Auburn did to Mizzou but if you get their defense moving one way and can throwback against their movement, it will make for a big play. Stretch the field horizontally and that can create holes in the secondary for Kellen Clemens to throw into.
