2013 SEC Championship Game Prediction: Missouri Vs. Auburn

It’s arguably the biggest game in Missouri Tigers football history. The #5 Missouri Tigers will face off against the #3 Auburn Tigers for the SEC Championship in only their second year in the conference. Here is our gameday prediction on the 2013 SEC Championship.

When Missouri has the ball

The Auburn Tigers are mediocre on defense to put it lightly. However, one of the things they are okay at is stopping the run. They rank 57th nationally at stopping the run. If I were Gary Pinkel, I would put it in the air to begin the game and then run some quarterback and running back draws to keep the Auburn Tigers unbalanced. With receivers like Dorial Green-Beckham, L’damian Washington, Eric Waters, and Marcus Lucas; Auburn is going to have a tough time defending all those playmakers. The Missouri Tigers have the advantage here.

Advantage: Missouri
