Why St Louis Should Be Thankful For Our Teams

2. Mizzou is having it’s best season since 2007. 

The Missouri Tigers will play the Texas A&M Aggies for a chance to go to Atlanta for the SEC Championship against either Auburn or Alabama. In 2007, the Missouri Tigers had a Thanksgiving weekend matchup against the 2nd ranked Kansas Jayhawks in Kansas City for the chance to play in the Big 12 championship. The Tigers were able to pull out the win and head to San Antonio for the Big 12 Championship. They ended up losing to Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship and accepted an invitation to the Cotton Bowl. No matter what happens on Saturday, the Missouri Tigers proved they could play in the SEC.

Oh by the way, the Mizzou Volleyball finished the season undefeated at 34-0.
