The undefeated Blues face off against an undefeated opponent as they begin their first multi-game road trip of the season.

As the St. Louis Blues begin a three-game road trip in Western Canada on Tuesday night, they’ll be facing the Vancouver Canucks and looking to start the season 4-0 for only the second time in franchise history and the first time since the 2013-14 season. That will be no easy task, however, against a Canucks team that also is undefeated to start the year.

Vancouver isn’t regarded nearly as highly as the Blues entering the season, and they’ve played in just one playoff series in the past three seasons, but they’ve been able to grind out two wins so far. They beat the Calgary Flames in a shootout on Saturday, then beat the Carolina Hurricanes in overtime on Sunday.

With a sudden outbreak of injuries, it will be a bit tougher for the Blues to steal another victory on Tuesday, but they’ll go into Vancouver with a great shot nonetheless. The Blues beat the Canucks in all three of their matchups in 2015-16 and shut them out twice, with Kyle Brodziak scoring twice against Vancouver. Brodziak isn’t expected to play Tuesday due to injury, so the Blues will need some other offensive contributors to step up.

We caught up with a Canucks expert to get more info on the opponent for Tuesday night’s game:
