There are losses, there are collapses, and then you have the St Louis Blues last 6 games.

From potentially winning the Presidents cup to losing 1st place in the Western Conference and having to play the defending Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks in the first round of the playoffs.

This was an unacceptable performance for the St Louis Blues. They had the makings of bringing home the first Stanley Cup championship for the city of St. Louis. A city that has been dedicated to hockey as many northern and Canadian cities. A city that sells out the Scottrade Center most nights to cheer their team onto victory.

The Blues made a big splash right before the trading deadline getting Ryan Miller thinking he would be the answer that would guide the Blues to the promised land. Instead he has struggled since his 29th shutout, he has given up 3 or more goals in all 5 of his last start.

The Blues must get their act together or they will be home for the season before they know it.
