2015 NFL Mock Draft: Post-Super Bowl Edition

4. Oakland Raiders- Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
The Raiders’ management team (perhaps erroneously) believes that Derek Carr can be their quarterback of the future, but the young signal-caller is never going to improve significantly over the 58.1 completion percentage that he posted as a rookie if he doesn’t have any good receivers to throw to.
Oakland can attempt to remedy that problem by selecting Cooper, who is the best offensive skill position player in this draft. While there have been some questions about how much Cooper’s production was influenced by playing in Alabama’s offense, his great catching skills at all areas of the field should allow him to immediately step into the Raiders’ top receiver role.
