The St. Louis Blues will look for a third straight win over the Dallas Stars on Thursday as they play Game 4 of their second-round series.

After their most dominant playoff victory thus far on Tuesday–a 6-1 beatdown of the Dallas Stars–the St. Louis Blues will attempt to keep the momentum going on Thursday as they host the Stars for Game 4 of the second-round series. After the Blues finally got Alexander Steen (who scored his second and third goals of the postseason on Tuesday) and Vladimir Tarasenko (first goal since Game 6 of the first round) going on Tuesday, they’ll hope to get some more quality effort from the players who are widely regarded to be their top two forwards on Thursday. They’ll look for offensive production that rivals the aggressiveness channeled on Tuesday, when the Blues got 39 shots on goal.

After two straight wins and an impressive effort across the board from all of the forwards, defensemen, and goalie, the Blues are expected to roll with the same lineup for a postseason-best third straight game on Thursday. We’ll see if they can get the same type of aggressiveness out of this group that they’ve gotten in the past two wins.
