St. Louis Rams vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Broadcast Schedule, Live Stream, Start Time, & More
The Rams, who have looked hopeless over the past few weeks after getting off to such a solid start, head to Cincinnati to face a Bengals team that began the year in dominant fashion but hasn’t been so hot itself lately.
It would be hard to find a St. Louis Rams fan that’s truly optimistic about the remainder of the 2015 season after the events of the past few weeks. After one week of Case Keenum as the starting quarterback (during which he went 12-for-26 as a passer), the Rams are back to where they started with Nick Foles under center, since Keenum suffered a concussion that will keep him out this week. The Rams, losers of three straight, will face a Cincinnati Bengals team on Sunday that started off 8-0 but has now lost its past two games.
In order to take advantage of the Bengals’ cold streak, however, the Rams will need to put together at least a little bit of offensive success. That could be considering that the Rams have scored just 13 points in each of their past two games, with rookie running back Todd Gurley, who’s scored in each of the past five games, delivering the only touchdowns during that span. The defense will also need to limit a Bengals team that scored 31 points in their loss to the Arizona Cardinals last week and is averaging 26.6 points per game this season, good for fifth-best in the league. With top pass rusher Robert Quinn likely out on Sunday, it could be very difficult to limit the Andy Dalton to A.J. Green connection, even though the two have experienced a bit of a drop-off in production over the past few games.
