2. Stop Cam Newton

For those that read this blog, I have been harping on this all week. That doesn’t mean it’s not important. When Cam Newton gets loose and gets confident, he is unstoppable. The Rams need to put either Dunbar, Laurinaitis, or Ogletree on Newton as a spy. I wouldn’t be surprised if all three at some point will be the spy.

3. Take the crowd out early. 

Panthers fans are excited for this game. After the big win at Minnesota last Sunday, the Panthers want to keep the momentum going to contend for an NFC South title. The Rams have to make big plays early. A special teams touchdown, a turnover or a big play touchdown will take the air out of the stadium. Keeping the fans in the seats at Bank Of America Field will benefit the Rams.
