The Missouri Tigers went on the to Bloomington, Indiana to face off against the Indiana Hoosiers. The Tigers ended up beating the Hoosiers 45-28. Here are some of my thoughts on the game.

– A healthy James Franklin is a good James Franklin. 343 yards passing, 61 yards rushing and 3 total touchdowns. 404 total yards of offense. That is HUGE for the Tigers.

– Russ Hansbrough had 8 rushes for 104 yards including the 45 yard touchdown to put the game away in the fourth quarter. Henry Josey had a tough time getting going in this game with 12 carries for 47 yards. The good thing is the Tigers didn’t need him.

– I will be honest, the Tigers looked sloppy at times but they still dominated the game. I feel bad for Kevin Wilson who is in his 3rd year and might not be coming back to Bloomington next year. Oh well, basketball season starts soon Hoosiers fans.

– Dorial Green-Beckham had a huge game for the Tigers. 8 catches for 105 yards. The Tigers need that every game from him and this is a good performance to help build his confidence.

The Missouri Tigers will play the Arkansas State Red Wolves next week. Then they go on the road to play Vanderbilt and Georgia. They need to go 4-0 because wins are going to be tough in the SEC.
